产品介绍 洗涤在ELISA过程中虽不是一个反应步骤，但却也决定着实验的成败。ELISA就是靠洗涤来达到分离游离的与结合的酶标记物的目的。通过洗涤以清除残留在板孔中没能与固相抗原或抗体结合的物质，以及在反应过程中非特异性地吸附于固相载体的干扰物质。
本产品为pH7.4的浓缩型缓冲液，使用时稀释10倍至工作浓度即可。其中含0.1%的非离子型表面活性剂（Tween-20），可以使包被在固相上的抗原或抗体解吸附而减低试验的灵敏度。
