- Contains Monarch gDNA Nuclei Prep Buffer (NEB #T3052) and Monarch gDNA Nuclei Lysis Buffer (NEB #T3053), both supplied as components of the Monarch HMW DNA Extraction Kit for Cells & Blood (NEB #T3050)
- Used for rapid and efficient lysis of mammalian cells
- 2-step lysis enables highly effective RNA removal
- 20 ml of each buffer is included in the buffer pack
- Monarch gDNA Nuclei Prep Buffer is used pre-chilled to 4°C and can be stored at that temperature for convenience if desired
