小鼠卵清蛋白特异性免疫球蛋白G1(OVA-IgG1)ELISA试剂盒
IgG是血清中免疫球蛋白中含量最高的二次免疫应答主要抗体。占据三分之二IgG的是具有γ1的H链,分子量146 kDa的IgG1。以OVA(卵清蛋白)作为特殊化抗原,通过简化测定抗OVA- IgG1抗体值来阐明小鼠免疫系统作用机理。
