一、寡核苷酸产品

四、CleanAmp™ PCR产品
CleanAmp™热启动PCR是TriLink在美国卫生研究所SBIR资金资助下研发的产品,该产品含有一种高灵敏度、高特异性及高灵活度的热启动DNA聚合酶。 TriLink利用其在修饰核苷酸化学领域的专长研发出化学修饰的dNTPs及引物,这些引物能在常规 DNA Taq酶下实现热启动。只需简单的替换掉PCR反应中的常规dNTPs或引物,换为相应的CleanAmp™产品,即可建立一个热启动PCR反应。CleanAmp™系列产品适用于RT-PCR、多重PCR、数字PCR、快速PCR、终点定量PCR 及实时定量荧光PCR (包括快速实时荧光定量 PCR)。
