产品介绍 PBS缓冲液（phosphate buffered solution）即磷酸盐缓冲液，能够提供相对稳定的离子环境和pH缓冲能力，是生物学中经常使用的缓冲盐溶液。pH为 7.2-7.4，主要成分为磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠以及氯化钠，常用于分子克隆及免疫组化等实验。
本产品为配制1L 1×PBS缓冲液的粉剂，使用前加1L蒸馏水或去离子水溶解即可。
