产品介绍 PBS(phosphate buffered solution)即磷酸盐缓冲液,能够提供相对稳定的离子环境和pH缓冲能力,是生物学中经常使用的缓冲盐溶液,pH为7.2-7.4,可广泛应用于细胞洗涤、组织细胞分离、细胞计数、抗体及细胞因子稀释等。主要成分为磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠以及氯化钾。
本产品为1×工作液,可直接使用。

注意事项:
1. 在使用PBS的过程中要特别注意避免溶液被其他试剂或微生物污染。
2. 已打开的PBS试剂建议尽快使用,避免污染。
3. PBS在低温情况下可能会产生晶体沉淀。如果发现有沉淀产生,请置于常温至完全溶解后再使用。
