产品介绍 总RNA提取试剂盒是基于TriZol原理制备的一种通用总RNA提取试剂，裂解能力强，优化的裂解液配方，具有广泛的样本适应性。该方法简便、快捷，适用于动植物细胞、组织、酵母细胞以及细菌的总RNA抽提。其原理是利用异硫氢酸胍/酚/氯仿法，快速裂解细胞，溶解细胞内含物，抑制核酸酶活性，从而有效防止RNA在提取过程中的降解。加入氯仿后，溶液分为水相和有机相。RNA保留在上层水相中，分离后可用异丙醇沉淀回收。本产品提取的总RNA产量大、纯度高，无基因组DNA和蛋白质污染，可直接用于RT-PCR、Northern blot、dot blot、polyA筛选、体外翻译、RNase保护实验和分子克隆等一系列操作。
本产品仅用于科研。
