产品介绍 | DAPI是一种能够与DNA强力结合的荧光染料,常用荧光显微镜观测,可以透过完整的细胞膜,可用于活细胞和固定细胞的染色,其工作浓度一般为0.3mmol/L或0.1ug/ml。显微镜下可以看到蓝色荧光的细胞,荧光显微镜观察细胞标记的效率高,且对活细胞无毒副作用。DAPI染色常用于细胞凋亡检测,染色后用荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪检测。DAPI也常用于普通的细胞核染色以及某些特定情况下的双链DNA染色。DAPI的最大激发波长为340nm,最大发射波长为488nm,DAPI和双链DNA结合后,最大激发波长为360nm,最大发射波长为460nm。 本产品仅用于科研,不宜用于临床诊断或其他用途。 |
