NEBNext® DNA Library Prep Master Mix Set for Illumina®

This kit utilizes the original standard library prep workflow, which is longer than the NEBNext® Ultra™ II DNA Library Prep Kit (NEB #E7645) workflow, has more components, and requires more clean-up steps. It also requires higher input amounts: 1 – 5 µg of input DNA vs. 500 pg – 1 µg required for the Ultra II DNA workflow.

The NEBNext DNA Library Prep Master Mix Set for Illumina® contains reagents for preparation of libraries for next-generation sequencing on the Illumina platform from 1 µg – 5 µg input DNA, in a standard workflow. Please note that adaptors and primers are not included in the kit and are available separately.
