SNAP-Surface® 549
SNAP-Surface® 549 is a photostable red fluorescent substrate that can be used to label SNAP-tag® fusion proteins in solution or on the surface of living cells.
- It is a cell impermeable substrate (BG-549) based on the Dyomics dye DY-549P1
- It is suitable for use with standard TAMRA or Cy3 filter sets
- It has an excitation maximum at 560 nm and emission maximum at 575 nm
