产品介绍 内源性过氧化物酶封闭液(Endogenous Peroxidase Blocking Buffer)主要用于免疫组化(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)、免疫细胞化学染色(Immunocytochemistry, ICC)以及原位杂交(In situ hybridization, ISH)时组织或细胞内源性过氧化物酶的封闭。
内源性过氧化物酶广泛存在于一些细胞和组织中，包括血红细胞、肾脏和肝脏组织等。从而导致利用过氧化物酶的方法进行样品检测时会出现较高的背景，甚至出现假阳性结果。因此，细胞或组织样品等在染色前宜使用适当的过氧化物酶封闭液进行封闭，以消除内源性过氧化物酶的干扰。

产品介绍 Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is an enzyme commonly used as an indicator for chemical reactions which produce peroxide. The enzyme is routinely conjugated to antibodies for use in enzyme-based immunoassay systems. HRP functions in the removal of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide), oxidation of toxic reductants, biosynthesis and degradation of lignin, suberization, auxin catabolism, response to environmental stresses such as wounding, pathogen attack and oxidative stress. These functions might be dependent on each isozyme/isoform in each plant tissue.

辣根过氧化物酶（Horseradish Peroxidase, HRP, CAS号：9003-99-0)是一种含有血卟啉基的植物糖蛋白，分子量约44 Kda。
