应用 Calbiotech小鼠/大鼠雌二醇(E2)ELISA试剂盒用于定量测定小鼠或大鼠血清和血浆中雌二醇(E2)的浓度。
原理

Calbiotech小鼠/鼠E2 ELISA试剂盒基于测试样品中E2与E2酶偶联物之间竞争性结合的原理,用于恒定量的抗雌二醇多克隆抗体。在孵育中,将抗E2抗体包被的孔与E2标准品,对照,样品和E2酶缀合物在室温下孵育120分钟。在孵育期间,固定量的HRP标记的E2与标准,样品或质量对照血清中的内源性E2竞争固定数目的特异性E2抗体的结合位点。随着样品中E2的浓度增加,免疫结合到井的E2过氧化物酶缀合物逐渐减少。然后除去未结合的E2过氧化物酶缀合物并洗涤孔。接下来,加入TMB试剂溶液并在室温下孵育15分钟,导致蓝色发展。通过添加终止溶液停止显色,并在450nm下用分光光度法测量吸光度。通过绘制标准品的浓度与吸光度的关系来获得标准曲线。

存储和稳定性 产品应储存在2-8°C。产品自制造之日起稳定24个月。
