Uracil-N-Glycosylase（UNG），货号-规格：CW0951S-200U 尿嘧啶-N-糖基化酶（UNG酶）也称为尿嘧啶DNA糖基化酶（UDG酶），通过大肠杆菌表达纯化的重组酶，该蛋白分子量为25 kD，可催化含尿嘧啶的单链和双链DNA释放游离尿嘧啶，并且对RNA无活性，主要应用于防止PCR扩增产物的污染。该酶作用机理为：在PCR反应中以dUTP代替dTTP，扩增产物片段中的T全部被U取代，形成了含dU碱基的PCR扩增产物。UNG酶能选择性断裂单链和双链DNA中U碱基的糖苷键，降解反应体系中含U的DNA，有效消除PCR产物的残留污染，大大降低扩增产物污染导致的假阳性，从而保证扩增的特异性和准确性。 Uracil-N-Glycosylase（UNG） 立即下载 |
