产品介绍 The PerCP antibody labeling kit enables the direct conjugation of antibodies, proteins and peptides, or any other biomolecule with an available amine group, to PerCP with only 30 seconds hands-on time and with 100% recovery of materials. The technology is fully scalable from 10ug to 1g or more and stringently QC tested for consistent high quality and excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.
PerCP is a small 35kDa phycobiliprotein isolated from red algae. It has a strong absorption peak at 484nm and a large stokes shift (194nm) with its maximum emission peak at 678nm. It is commonly used for fluorescent immunolabeling, particularly in applications involving fluorescent-activated cell sorting.
